The hotel offers a gym, stationary and spinning bikes, a Spa, several swimming pools, one of which is heated with salt water, and a nearby beach. The closest 25-metre indoor poos for training for training are at the Nexsport Club Adeje (7 km) and Tenerife Top Training (8 km).
Parking
- The Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel grants guests the free use of one parking space per room, as long as this has been requested at the hotel reception.
- Guests are advised that if using the corresponding parking space, which is an unguarded parking lot, the hotel is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur in the aforementioned parking area, including any belongings inside the vehicle.
- In granting free use of the parking space, the client agrees to make proper use of the said space in a manner that will not impede access to other guests or cause damage to other vehicles.
- The Hotel shall not be liable for the improper, reckless or inconsiderate use of parking spaces by its guests. Therefore, if any conflict arises or any type of harm or damage occurs as a result of a breach of the commitment referred to in the previous paragraph, or, ultimately, the improper use of the car park by any of the guests, the guests affected shall resolve their disputes directly with the person who caused the damage or harm, or, if this is not possible, they shall hold that person directly liable, exempting the Hotel in all cases from any liability or from taking any action in relation to the possible conflict.
