Roca Nivaria GH

Safety protocols

Roca Nivaria GH
  • Wearing a mask is compulsory when social distance cannot be maintained.
  • Wearing a mask is compulsory to enter the hotel, as is walking over the wet (disinfectant) and dry carpets and cleansing your hands with sanitiser.
  • Guests must bring their own masks, as the hotel will not provide any.
Roca Nivaria GH
  • When in restaurants, guests must wait at the indicated points until a member of staff escorts them to their table. Guests must wear masks and cleanse their hands before entering.
  • At the buffets, guests must wear their mask while collecting their food. It may only be removed at the table.
  • The buffets will have signs and arrows on the floor indicating the directions and waiting points guests must follow to collect their meals. In Jardines and Colón, the food will always be served by staff and only in certain sections will guests be able to take the food themselves. In Roca, the buffet will work as usual, but there will only be one point of access to the buffet, where we will make sure guests cleanse their hands and are wearing a mask. The buffet will have arrows on the floor, so guests always know in which direction to move.
  • We have set the tables 1.5 metres apart, which means there is less capacity than usual. We can sit up to 245 people in Jardines. We still have not calculated the capacity of Roca and Colón. So far, we do not expect time slots to be necessary, as we do not expect to have a high capacity… But that may change should new circumstances arise.

  • We have also placed the hammocks in Jardines to know how many people can get in and we can fit up to 250 hammocks. We must be strict with hammock reservations from the very beginning. There is not enough room for everyone, and guests cannot claim a hammock by leaving a towel on it. We must set stricter protocols governing this matter and recommend guests use the hammock in their rooms…
