A natural person who accesses personal data as an employee within the employment relationship with Adrián Hoteles is not considered a data processor.
Such processing or access can in no case be understood as a cession, transmission, or transfer of Personal Data.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
There will be no cession, transmission, or transfer of personal data, except under legal obligation, or at the request of the Public Administration, the Ombudsman, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, or Judges or Courts, or the Court of Auditors, or to regional institutions with analogous functions to the Ombudsman or the Court of Auditors, and when it is carried out within the scope of the functions expressly assigned to them by law.
If there is a cession, transmission, or transfer of personal data outside of the foreseen cases, the owner of the personal data will be informed beforehand, giving their consent if applicable.
